Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your ODODOS purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
